Description of Responsibilities

Leading investment firm dedicated to the healthcare sector is seeking a motivated, multi-skilled desktop analyst to administer and maintain the firm's global end user computing platforms. This role involves providing configuration management and support of hardware, software, security, and policy standards for the end user computing environment.

Compensation: $70-80k on base, 20-30% bonus, full benefits

-Provide tier 1 and 2 support of systems and applications through phone calls and emails from end users

-Provide PC hardware support, imaging, setups, and moves on a trading floor logically and efficiently

-Support and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and XenMobile (MDM) infrastructure for users globally, both internal and external

-Installation, configuration, and deployment of new workstation hardware and software

-Troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware and software

-B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field

-1-2+ years of relevant experience supporting a firm's technology infrastructure(preferably within the financial services industry)

-Basic background and experience with business application troubleshooting(MS Windows, MS Office), hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs

-Must have good communication skills

-Strong client interfacing skills
