Kristie Lin is a Technical Recruiter leading effective strategies to improve recruitment and retention. By fostering relationships with candidates, she is able to build personable and relatable long term connections. She cares about the candidates she talks to by listening intently to match them with careers that would be a best fit for them. Prior to joining Princeton, Kristie worked for Michael Kors retail and corporate where she learned the trade of making connections and identifying top talent that both suit the needs of the candidates and companies hiring. As a sales assistant for Kors, Kristie made personable and relatable relationships to seek the interests of the client.
Kristie graduated from Rutgers University, receiving a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Human Resources. Weaving in both knowledge of business and customer service, she knows full well how to strike a balance between a candidate's wants and a company's needs.
During Kristie's down time, she enjoys eating sushi, drinking Matcha tea, and window shopping. She finds nothing more soothing than a peaceful day at the beach and positive vibes.
