Description of Responsibilities

Rapidly growing NYC based hedge fund is looking for an end user support technician to join their growing infrastructure team.  This is a highly visible opportunity to work closely with executives and leaders of this financial services firm in showing off the pride you take in your customer service and technical support skills.  As an incoming technologist - this person will learn from and be mentored by the entire infrastructure team in all areas of desktop support as well as back end projects such as server administration and upgrades.

Background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems etc

4-5 years experience providing desk side end user support 

Experience using Powershell or C# to build automation tasks

Experience providing support in a Windows 10 environment

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Experience supporting and administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, creating Group Policies

Experience troubleshooting O365

Experience supporting mobile devices such as Apple and Android

Experience supporting Microsoft Office Applications such as Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint etc
