Description of Responsibilities

We are a globally based financial services firm looking for a talented Salesforce Implementation Specialist/Administrator to join our technology team to assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. In this role, you will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to ensure user satisfaction and work to identify opportunities for further growth. Successful candidate will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle between multiple projects, candidate also needs to have a self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude, willing to work through all obstacles to accomplish tasks. 

Essential Functions: 

• Execute declarative Salesforce application configuration 

• Use Apex and Lightning to create unique customer-based solutions 

• Lead requirement gathering sessions & document functional requirements 

• Handle administrative and configuration functions including field and record creation, page layouts, quick actions, security and profiles, reports and dashboards, process automation and other tasks 

• Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations 

• Ability to work closely with business and build successful working relationships 

• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and recommend solutions to address said scenarios. 

• Ability to discuss, present, and document designs and design decisions effectively to varied audiences 

• Create/update QA and UAT scripts and facilitate QA and UAT testing 

• Ability to conduct and run demos on various applications supporting the various business teams 

• Build strong internal relationships 

• Meticulous organization skills and attention to detail 

Required: 

• Must have Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform as an administrator or consultant 

• Salesforce.com Administrator Certified 

• Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred 

• Pardot experience preferred 

• Salesforce Communities experience preferred 

• Lightning Components, Apex, and VisualForce knowledge a plus 

• Technical and aesthetic mastery of Excel 

• Good project management and implementation skills 

• Positive attitude and a willingness to help out wherever necessary 

• Experience working collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs 

• Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads without compromising quality and remaining attentive to details 

• Outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills; detail- oriented
