Description of Responsibilities

NY based fund seeks support analyst to work in concert with Chief Technology head to support a quaint group of equities professionals.  Duties will include both remote and in person support with an emphasis on best in class service and the ability to proactively focus on both short and long term objectives while using cloud based services.

Requirements:

Hands on knowledge of Group Policy settings and controls, Active Directory, Citrix Presentation

Some experience with networking, Office 365 and cloud base tech would be a plus.       

Ability to work independently with an emphasis on execution and delivery. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.

Passion and curiosity for technology, tools and products to bring function and efficiency to the end user services platform.
