Mike Riley manages full cycle IT recruiting at Princeton Consulting Group, including candidate relationship and client management efforts. Areas of focus include but are not limited to Financial Technology, Hedge Fund, Investment Banking and other software verticals.
Mike’s deep understanding of industry trends and demands allow him to partner, provide guidance and advocacy for companies and candidates alike. Mike takes a holistic approach to recruiting by clearly understanding and listening to candidates requirements and motivations. This allows Mike to paint a career path that is strategic and rewarding for the candidate.
Mike graduated from Pace University with a BA degree in Human Resources Management. Mike is a supporter of various causes and enjoys volunteering for local charities and coaching his two girls soccer teams.
