Jim Morris is a Senior Vice President and Owner of the Princeton Consulting who is still actively involved in research, recruiting and coaching of our young talent.
Being in the IT recruiting space for many years I have witnessed dramatic change in Technology. The positions we currently fill in today’s IT world being substantially different from those in past years but the actual job of recruiting has remained very similar. The constant being, remaining focused on the intimate personal side of the business by understanding, guiding, advising and listening to the needs of both our clients and candidates.
After all these years, Jim continues to receive satisfaction and excitement when aligning the candidate with the right fit client and being able to watch them flourish going forward in their career.
Jim Morris is cum laude graduate of the esteemed Slippery Rock University with a BS in Exercise Physiology. An avid outdoor sports enthusiast that enjoys kite boarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, water skiing, surfing and participating in triathlons.

As Princeton’s Head of Infrastructure, his teams expertise includes but not limited to: Management, Systems/Networking/Support/Cloud/Project Management. Involved in forging and enhancing both new and current client relationships, he has a keen eye on understanding a client’s technical requirements, including extensive vetting of candidates.
Current clients are top tier firms in various industries, including but not limited to; financial, accounting, legal, health, media, start-ups, non-profit, governmental, entertainment, telecommunications, internet, etc.

Angela Skulteti is a Senior VP of Client Management who joined Princeton Consulting in 1998. Her deep understanding of both the Infrastructure and the Application layer in Support, Devops, and Development allow her to pair technical acumen with soft skills attuned to each company’s distinct culture.

Kate LeSaffre is a VP of Client Management with a focus on financial technology recruitment. She joined Princeton Consulting in November of 2007. She is effusive, curious, and has always enjoyed getting to know people.
Relationship development and aggressive networking have been the cornerstones of her success coupled with her innate ability to earn trust and confidence from her clients. Kate focuses on working with her applicants to develop personalized long-term career goals. She prides herself on truly understanding her clients’ needs, culture, and team dynamics – thus helping her better match them with potential candidates.

Prathyusha Kurra is a Lead Technical Recruiter with a keen focus on identifying and recruiting talented technologists. Her passion for helping people led her to the Princeton Group in the summer of 2011 where she has been cultivating her skills in identifying her candidates’ strengths and helping guide them in strategic career moves. Her area of expertise is the infrastructure space – working with admins and engineers in desktop, systems, network, cloud, and security and Devops.
Her strength is her ability to offer guidance on market intelligence, hiring trends, technology foresight, and salaries to help navigate the process of making the most optimal career transitions.
Prat graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Economics and Communication with a minor in Sociology. During her free time, you can find her either in her kitchen testing out a myriad of recipes or at Unity Prep – a Brooklyn based charter program where she tutors middle school children in math.

Tina Kessler is the Head of Operations responsible for all facets of Princeton operations including benefits administration, payroll and consulting services. Tina joined Princeton Group in 1990 and manages all internal and external employee and consulting engagements.
Tina is well versed at handling client inquiries and is the face of Princeton for all consulting operations details. Tina manages all administration functions for both the NYC and NJ offices.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Germaine Wyetzner has been with the Princeton Group since 2017. Hope Restle is a seasoned recruiter who has worked in both agency and corporate environments. She began her recruiting career in healthcare executive search and then pivoted to corporate technical recruiting.
