Prathyusha Kurra is a Lead Technical Recruiter with a keen focus on identifying and recruiting talented technologists. Her passion for helping people led her to the Princeton Group in the summer of 2011 where she has been cultivating her skills in identifying her candidates’ strengths and helping guide them in strategic career moves. Her area of expertise is the infrastructure space - working with admins and engineers in desktop, systems, network, cloud, and security and Devops.
Her strength is her ability to offer guidance on market intelligence, hiring trends, technology foresight, and salaries to help navigate the process of making the most optimal career transitions.
Prat graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Economics and Communication with a minor in Sociology. During her free time, you can find her either in her kitchen testing out a myriad of recipes or at Unity Prep – a Brooklyn based charter program where she tutors middle school children in math.
